| Tom R. James
Tom founded James Construction in 1961. He holds a BA in Business Administration from the University of North Texas. He has 44 years experience in Real Estate Development, and large commercial construction projects. Tom's strongest attribute is his experience with resolving city ordianance, permitting, adjustment boards and municipal issues that sometimes impact a job's progress. Tom's business philosophy, real-estate development achievements and common sense approach to building allows our customers the assurance of using a tried and true contractor.
Martin T. James
Martin and Tom incorporated James Construction to the now-present, 3-JJJ Construction, Inc. in 1995. Martin has a BA in Business Administration from the University of North Texas. Martin is the President of Business Development and is a hands-on customer liaison. Martin prides our company with his ability offer our customers the newest and best technology for their construction projects. He is the ADA and TDLRC administrator for 3-JJJ. Our customers benefit from his on-site ground up construction experience.
John Spence
John Spence has been managing projects for 3-JJJ Construction for three years. John was a residential builder for seven years and has been in the commercial construction service industry for over thirty years. John's ability to manage a project from conception all the way through completion, has proven to be a most valuable asset for our company. John's sharp eye and building experience allows our customers to complete their projects within budget, on-time, and with the assurance of a quality product.
Laura Robinson
Laura Robinson is the business administrator for 3-JJJ Construction. She is a certified paralegal and has a BS in Legal Studies from Texas Wesleyan University. Laura is the vendor coordinator for 3-JJJ. She handles all AIA documentation, legal filings, vendor and supplier contracts, bond administration, construction accounting and business administration. She has been with 3-JJJ Construction for three years.
